Hi everyone and thank you for taking an interest in my photos!
I have been island hopping for the past few years and I'm currently located on Whidbey Island in the state of Washington, where I'm enjoying all the beautiful sights and incredible wildlife in the area. I'm very happy to still be living near the water, providing opportunities to continue capturing life below the surface as well.
I've always enjoyed taking photos, but a move to Guam changed everything. The tropical settings and underwater exploration pushed me to new heights, literally! I learned to fly and film with drones, capturing landscapes, waves, and sea life from above. I also learned to free dive and scuba dive where I graduated from action cams to full frame underwater cameras and lighting. I was hooked and spent a lot of time building my competencies in scuba diving as well as learning everything I possibly could about underwater photography and videos.
I traveled to other destinations, Saipan, Palau, and Hawaii and had many amazing experiences with wrecks, caverns, sharks, turtles, fish, and my favorite the octopus. Made a lot of great friends along the way.
While a little colder, Washington has been an incredible place to dive, especially with octopi. What I didn't know was how much more wildlife would be right here on Whidbey Island; eagles, deer, ducks, whales, dolphins, seals, and a lot of other beautiful birds. New subjects and conditions have challenged me to adapt and improve my skills to keep up and I'm loving it!
Please enjoy and would love to hear from you!
